Does anyone have any suggestions / experience of using any free and stable tools for making a digital archive of images and media files that can be shared across a network (local and remote)? The organisation I work for has a huge collection of art works and video works which need to be annotated and easily accessible, plus which ideally could be categorised and printed.<br>
