It just looks like a regular corporate event with the barcamp name tagged<br>
onto to it. I notice it says "BarCamp 2010" rather than barcamp itself so<br>
is probably some kind of psuedo-branding they are using.<br>

I would suggest you just contact them yourself first of all and see what<br>
they say.<br>
