<div>I am not sure whether I ll buy it or not, but its owner, Nick, is getting old and does no longer have the capacity to maintain it while he looks for a new owner</div><div><br></div><div>I volunteered to form a small team of willing enthusiast to help him cary out essential maintenance in exchange for free sailing and some sailing lessons </div>
