Join the OpenStreetMap volunteers as we create a free map of <a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=55.8574&lon=-4.2455&zoom=14&layers=M">Glasgow</a> and the world...<BR><br><BR>Currently, over 90% of Glasgow streets have been mapped and thousands of points of interests have been collected. Help us create the best, most detailed map of Glasgow ever created for free public use - lets make Glasgow the most digitally mapped city in the world. OpenStreetMap is a free, open source map that can be contributed, edited and used by anyone anywhere. This mapping party is a social gathering where experienced and new mappers can meet to share and learn more about the project. This event will be held at the Electron Club room at the CCA, Glasgow on Saturday 6 November 2010 at 11:00. There will be plenty of time for discussion, mapping and editing.
