I'll check out the router and firmware when I pop in on Tuesday. <br>OpenWRT/DDwrt provide the ability to cap usage based on bandwidth used, other ways to lock the device down, as well as making the usage stats available online (securely) and allowing remote administration.<br>

My guess is that either your WEP password has been cracked (not hard)<br>

Making sure it's on WAP2 and changing the password on a reasonably<br>
regular basis might be a good idea.<br>
