Surely the board is a great idea, as well as dating the<div>posts, and deleting them from the board when they are no longer relevant.<br><div><br></div><div> but in some communities being on the mailing list. reading the posts and acknowledging and keeping up with the discussions is a community requirement, especially when the mailing list is the only 'official' record of communication, discussions, decisions.</div>

Again, thanks to everyone for all their hard work cataloguing the kit<br>
and organising it. Their work is for the good of the space. For what it's<br>
worth kit was labelled with raffle tickets, and collected in piles. It's not<br>
a huge room and the kit in question was taking up a relativity large<br>
percentage of this area, hence why people are trying remedy the situation.<br>
However if people hadn't read or forgotten about the announcement made on<br>
the list, I can see how this may be confusing.<br>

In summary, if we can agree on maintaining the board in the room, which I<br>
don't think would take a lot of time or effort to manage, people using the<br>
space can quickly make themselves aware of any issues.<br>
