<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Blair they are both object orientated programming language, the syntax is slightly different between them IIRC as i said been a while since i did any C++ programming but as i was saying the basic principals are the same and its more a case of different accents if you viewed them as you being able to understand what some one with brummy accent. so there may be some slight differences between them they are all off of the same branch of programming languages that came out of C, as is Java. So there are differences but the compilers now help dramatically with syntax so its normally quite easy to switch between languages. But the underlying core principals are always.<br>
</div>And perhaps that in itself has given me an idea. how about those interested in the group identify the language they want to learn and i'll see about seeing out as set of simple tasks and then people can then and carry out the simple task in there preferred language. that way people can see the differences and the similarity between the different languages and IDEs ( integrated development environment) thats are avaiable<br>
