<br><br>Secondly, from now on when signing out the keys to the room CCA

<br>reception will be checking that you are on the members list I provide

<br>to them, and asking for ID. This isn't surprising, and has in fact

<br>been they way the process has been described on the EC FAQ since

<br>before I joined:

A list of members will be kept at CCA box office/reception downstairs.

<br>Members will bring some proof of identification and sign for and

<br>collect keys to the club from CCA reception. Members will also need to

<br>please remember to sign out and return the keys when you leave!"

<br><br>As a reminder, the membership list I provide to the CCA is generated

<br>from the mailing list. So if you have provided your name (first name

<br>and surname) when signing up an entry is added to the list. Those who

have not provided a full name are not added to the list.

<br><br>Only members wishing to sign out the keys for use of the room are

<br>required to provide ID. If you simply want to attend an event someone

<br>else is running you just turn up as usual. Note that people signing

<br>out the keys are responsible

<br><br>In the past I've sent out emails to all individuals who had not

<br>provided their names explaining this, and had some responses. If you

<br>are in doubt as to your status on the list, please email me directly

and I'll check your details.

<br><br>Please keep in mind that the CCA provide us with the use of the space

at no cost.
