This guide should run you through everything you need to know about setting up your very own live TV Channel which will broadcast live all over the world via the internet and can be done at with very little cost involved.
The first solution for doing so will be a solution that I am currently using to broadcast my own online TV channel AnarchoTV (http://anarchotvscotland.blogspot.com).
This solution is done using a combination of commercial software and websites and open source software.
The second solution is a completely non-commercial open sourced solution for streaming videos over the internet at minimum cost (the software being free to download and install)
